1)   Application in specified format to Executive Engineer – I, New Town Kolkata Development Authority. Application may also be submitted via email in the following email id ee1@nkda.in

2)   Assessment by New Town Kolkata Development Authority (NKDA).

3)   Issue of provisional demand notice by New Town Kolkata Development Authority (NKDA).

4)   Submission of provisional fees as mentioned in the demand notice.

5)   Lifting of Construction & Demolition Waste and weighing of the same at the weigh bridge at CG Community Market, Block- CG, Action Area- IC. Applicant/ Representative may be present there.

6)   Issue of Final demand notice based on actual measurement and adjustment of the amount deposited as per the actual measurement. Excess money will be refunded or shortfall will be recovered.
