Note: Security Deposit will be returned on receipt of application from individual (Charges towards demurrage, if any, will be deducted from the Security Deposit)
Annexure-B
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HIRING AUDITORIUM / NEW TOWN MELA GROUND / NEW TOWN PLAZA :
i. Full rent and security deposit for the complete booking period is to be paid at the time of Booking.
ii. In case of cancellation of booking, following deductions will be applicable:-

iii. Mela Ground is to be returned to this authority 'as is where in condition' after the festival is over. Any damage will be recovered from the security deposit.
iv. Name & address of decorator & electrical contractor to be deployed by the applicant is to be informed to this
authority before letting out the Mela Ground.
APPLICANTS SOLELY LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OF MELA GROUND & EXISTING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS
