Annexure- II
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HIRING UPASANA GRIHA :
A. Full rent and GST as admissible should be deposited within seven days after confirmation of booking.
B. In case of cancellation of booking, following deductions will be applicable:-

Full Booking Amount |
- In case booking is cancelled within the Calendar month of booking, GST will be refunded in full,
but if the same is done in the next calendar month no GST will be refunded as the same has already been deposited to the tax authority.
C ) Upasana Griha is to be returned to this Authority "As is Where is Condition" after the function I
Programme is over. The Applicant is liable to pay if any damage caused to Upasana Griha & existing
Electrical Equipments.
D) The Authority will not provide any additional electrical fittings I equipments, If additional equipments is required to be fitted, necessary approval in writing from the Authority is to be obtained well in advance.
